In 1999 shipped a 4wd to India and drove to London with Sir Peter Tapsell and Prof Frank Brosnahan via India,Pakistan, Iran, Syria Jordon, Lebanon,Turkey etc.30 Years in business all over the world. Spent $5.5m on litigation over the Matakana Island theft by a politically connected bank. Won the 4 week trial, and retrial apl but got totally screwed by Appeal Courts who changed the facts in order to give the land to Maori who claimed it was sacred -but they sold the lot to property developers for $75m. I have spent thousands of hours in my career dealing with politicians, lawyers, red tape and idiots in power. This has led me to campaign for the removal of Crown and Judicial Immunity. We are currently filming a movie called The Fiduciary Disguise, a 9/11 type film about government power.

The problem is too many judges are corrupt and once enrolled into The Q.B. divorce/custody Act - you may be stuck in the conspiracy of untruth, smug & condescending judges purposely turning a blind eye to the truth. Just like the judge-CP Clark making a snap decision to have me labeled in our Justice System internally as a possible pedophile. Just recently the judge Karen Horner left me for dead over division of matrimonial. My ex-wife Rhonda Sails (Achtem) walks into trial on May 17, 2007 without previously served documents in which were to be served days before the pretrial. These new fresh exhibits were never produce into the action. Therefore, could not be adduced persuant to Alberta Rule of Court 158.5(1)(e). instead Justice Horner failed to prevent an ambushed with Rhonda Sail's exhibits served right at trial in court in front of Karen Horner the lousy judge who deliberately made and error to help Rhonda Sails destroy me, and let her $$take$$ what was mine. Therefore, this is affirmative grounds for an appeal. because it was not within the parameter set at Pre-trial persuant to Civil practice Note 5 - Family Law Pre-trail Conferences, Agreement Concerning Exhibits. The 3 judge appeal panel commit fraud in my Appeal Judgement. They'll only protected Karen Horner's job as a Judge instead of protecting the integrity of Civil Practice Note 5 - Family law Pre-trial Conferences and I won't let then do that... It's the judges, the Law Assciation, and the Law Society of Alberta that make our legal system ill and abnormal. Karen Horner failed to adjourn the trial or put it back on Pre-trial. Karen Horner compromised my legal rights, and the health and wellfare of my family.
